HCreamy Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
300 g penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 cup carrots, diced and cooked
1 cup green peas
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
4. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until cheese melts.
5. Add cooked pasta, chicken, carrots, and peas into the sauce and mix well.
6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Serve warm with a sprinkle of black pepper.
